Delivery Information


Our carriers are unable to deliver to the following locations: Airports, Hospitals and Prisons. We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure.

We cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.


United Kingdom

UK Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all mainland UK standard delivery Orders within three (3) - five (5) days.

We aim to meet these timescales but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.

ALL deliveries will be made between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday-Saturday (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Sorry, but we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays - please allow an extra working day for orders sent by Standard Delivery during UK Bank Holidays.

  • Our standard delivery service is UK wide with the exception of those addresses listed above
  • Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take up to two working days longer.

Whilst We will endeavour to deliver Products to You as soon as possible We shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within either the Express or Standard Delivery time estimates stated above.

We endevaour to describe our goods as accurately as possible, but ocassionally we may make mistakes. The prices shown on the website include VAT at 20%.

Payment is via PayPal, the largest online payment company in the world. You do not need an account with PayPal in order to pay us. The transaction will appear on your statement as 'mookau'

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, we understand that seeing a picture of something and reading its description is never quite the same as picking it up and seeing it for real, or trying it on (and if you'd like to do any of those things, we'd love to see you in our shop in Sheffield!)If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase from, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. We regret that personalised items or earrings cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

If you return your item within 14 days in an unused, unworn, unwashed condition with all it's original packaging and tags, we will refund the price you paid, including any delivery fee paid by you. You will be liable for the cost of delivering the item back to us. If you wish, you can return the item(s) in person to our Sheffield store. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process at busy times, and may take an additional 3 working days to appear in your account, depending on which bank you use.

Occasionally we may offer promotions with purchases - for example spending over a certain amount may mean you receive am item free of charge. If returning an item or items mean your purchase no longer qualifies for the promotional item, you must also return the promotional item. If you do not do return the promotional item in these circumstances, its retail price will be deducted from your refund.
